Katja Irvin

Sierra Club Loma Prieta Chapter

Katja Irvin has lived in downtown San José since 1991 and is a Santa Clara County native. She received a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree at San Jose State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. During graduate school she did research on urban connectivity as it relates to public transit and university campuses. Katja has worked for both city and county planning departments. Since 2012 she has been a volunteer with the Sierra Club Loma Prieta Chapter and currently serves as Conservation Committee Co-chair for the Chapter.
